is located in a rural setting on the edge of the town of Sharon, SC and offers visitors an intimate journey through the area's rich local history. The culture and heritage of the area is presented through a wide variety of memorabilia ranging from rough plows to delicate glassware.

As a joint effort between the Town of Sharon and the Broad River Basin Historical Society, the museum opened its doors to the public in June 2003 with only two galleries. Today the museum consists of six galleries a library and a class room.
