Archives

The Museum of Western York County archives nearly twenty collections; among these are contained old text books, newspapers, ledgers, day books, photographs, post cards, awards, certificates, family and church histories, diplomas, Civil War era letters, account books, estate and organizational records. 

Many of these may aid teachers in local history studies.  Contact the museum to inquire about copies.  A number of objects dealing with farm life may be obtained on loan basis as teaching tools.  Listed are several of the collections and a sampling of what they contain.
